What you’ll do
Write our newsletters.
Turn product releases into things customers actually want to read.
Work through product and engineering specs and make the experience clearer through copy.
Write product copy, launch copy, UI copy, customer education, feature explanations, and whatever else requires words.
Understand what customers already know so we don’t bore them explaining it again.
Understand what they don’t know so we can make complicated technology feel obvious.
Produce a lot.
Your job: Make every product we build easier to understand and harder to ignore.
We want you if you’re
Psychologically curious: You want to know why someone clicks, hesitates, buys, complains, or ignores.
Dryly funny: Your humor sneaks up on people.
Prolific: You can produce, edit, throw things away, and produce again without getting precious.
