TLDR
The job: Engineer qualified pipeline.
Tools: Very experienced with Clay. Comfortable managing ClickUp, APIs, enrichment and automation tools, and whatever we adopt next
Location: You can work from anywhere, but you must work Pacific Time.
Culture: High ownership, high intensity.
Structure: Full-time employee, full-time contractor, and vendor applications welcome.
Interview trends: Fast and furious. Offers can be made on the spot.
Experience requirement: Technical background preferred. You should be very experienced with Clay, unusually fast at learning new tools, and comfortable building your own when existing ones aren't good enough.
What you’ll do
Build systems that consistently surface qualified leads.
Explore signals that tell us who needs FullCircle right now
Set up tech, monitors, and radars across buying signals.
Own and improve our GTM tooling, including Clay and ClickUp
Connect tools, APIs, data sources, scrapers, enrichment, and AI.
Learn new tools extremely quickly.
Build internal tools when buying one isn't good enough.
Experiment constantly with better ways to find, qualify, and surface opportunities.
